Our last Bali supper at "our" warung, Agung Kayu Putih

Our host at Villa Sementara, Gii, loves to cook, and his sun-dried tomatoes are legendary. He buys 5 kilograms of tomatoes, adds spices from his little organic garden, and the mix ends up filling only a small light green container (shown). He then gives them away in little bell jars (also shown). Our omelettes for breakfast frequently featured these, and we love them!
